Attention North Hastings community,  we regret that WoodShare no longer has emergency firewood available. 
We supplied over 110 face cords of wood this season (and increase from  '75'~  24/25 season)
We thank our volunteers and the North Hastings/Bancroft community for their support.
Please make alternate arrangements if you are still in need of firewood this season

Our mission is to provide warmth and comfort to individuals and families by providing emergency firewood to those in need. Through the generosity of volunteers and donors, we strive to ensure that no one has to face the cold winter months without a safe and reliable source of firewood for their homes. Together, we work to foster a spirit of community, compassion and support for our neighbours in times of need.




WoodShare is a local program run by volunteers.   


We can supply a limited amount of wood for emergency purposes only.

We are not funded by any agency and rely on donations of wood, processing equipment,

volunteers, and money to operate.   All donations are welcome.
